Check-in and check-out

Capacity and identification

• The house accommodates a maximum of 4 people, plus a baby under 3 years old. No additional guests will be accepted.
• In accordance with Canary Islands regulations, we are required to record the identity card or passport details, including address, of every guest at the time of arrival.

Peace and quiet

• No private parties or gatherings are allowed. Only guests registered at the time of booking may stay in the house.
• Please respect our neighbours and avoid noise between midnight and 8am.
• The space in front of the house is a public passage for our neighbours and is not part of the property. Please don't set up chairs or tables there: it is not a terrace.

Safety and upkeep

• Accidents or breakages can happen: if so, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Please don't move the furniture around.

On the day of your departure

1. Wash your dishes and put them away in the cupboards.
2. Help us reduce energy consumption: turn off the heating, switch off the lights and lower the fridge temperature.
3. Close the shutters, windows and the front door.
4. Leave all used towels together, on the floor, in the corridor.
5. Dispose of your rubbish in the outdoor bin in the street.
6. Place the keys in the secure key box.

One last tip

• Remember to log out of your Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime and other accounts before leaving, so others can't use your subscription and you can still log in from home.
